Engineering a Sustainable Future

From solar panels to offshore wind, there are lots of technologies which can help us fight climate change. How can we transition our society at large to a more renewable energy plan? This event will feature a keynote panel and exciting activities to consider how we can engineer a sustainable future.

Massachusetts Science and Technology Engineering Standards:
ETS1. Engineering Design
HS-ETS1-1. Analyze a major global challenge to specify a design problem that can be improved. Determine necessary qualitative and quantitative criteria and constraints for solutions, including any requirements set by society.
