Ticketing Terms

Tickets (including all annual and other memberships) are revocable licenses and may be revoked and/or admission denied without refund for any or no reason. The Museum reserves the right to close the Museum or restrict access (in whole or in part) and to cancel or reschedule tickets or programs including due to capacity limits, weather, security or safety concerns, or operational needs (including VIP or special events). No refunds or exchanges will be provided; tickets are good only for the date and event or exhibit for which issued and will not be replaced if lost, stolen, destroyed or unused. Tickets are not transferable and not for resale. Ticket prices and membership levels, benefits, and prices are subject to change without notice. Purchase of an annual membership does not entitle purchaser to renewal in a subsequent year.

Liability Waiver and Release

BY VISITING THE MUSEUM, YOU AGREE TO FOLLOW MUSEUM POLICIES AND INSTRUCTIONS, YOU ASSUME THE RISKS AND DANGERS OF PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR PROPERTY LOSS, AND YOU HEREBY RELEASE THE MUSEUM, ITS AFFILIATES AND AFFILIATED PERSONS FROM ANY CLAIMS RELATED TO YOUR VISIT TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW. THIS RELEASE DOES NOT APPLY TO CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE MUSEUM’S GROSS NEGLIGENCE, RECKLESS CONDUCT, OR INTENTIONAL MISCONDUCT.

Conditions of Entry

Visitors must comply with all lawful staff instructions and applicable Museum policies, including the Museum’s Code of Conduct. Visitors are responsible to the Museum and third parties for any damage, loss, or liability arising from such visitor’s non-compliance with any of the foregoing.

The Museum may take any action it deems appropriate in response to emergencies or operational or safety concerns, without guaranteeing outcomes. By entering the Museum, you consent to being photographed or recorded for Museum promotional or archival purposes.
