Dr. Jane Goodall was more than just an ethologist. She was a changemaker.

During her 2023 visit to the Museum of Science, she told us she didn’t set out to study chimpanzees. In fact, she would’ve studied any animal as long as it was wild. What followed reshaped science, revealed the roots of empathy and forgiveness, and sparked a lifelong mission to protect our planet. Her message of hope will always live on.
