October 1, 2025 ― we're so excited! I'm a current member, will any of my benefits be impacted? Starting in October 1st, all members will now get $2 member pricing for immersive theater tickets and members will receive the same parking benefits as our new levels. How many people can be named on my membership card? Up to two people can be named on the member card. One named member must be present when using member benefits. Can I stay on my old membership? If you are an active member, you'll remain on your existing membership until your current expiration date. When you renew, you'll need to do so at the new levels. Any membership purchased after September 30 will be at the new levels. Those new benefits look great! Can I switch my current membership to one of the new levels? Absolutely! You can choose to upgrade your membership at any time once the new member levels launch on October 1. I'm enrolled in the One-Step auto-renewal program, will I still get my discount? Yes! Expect a letter and email from us about 60 days before your current expiration date with further instructions. You'll also receive the usual one-month-before-expiration heads-up. I'm a current member. Can I downgrade to a different membership level? Sorry, only upgrades can be processed while your current membership is active. Once it's time to renew, you can do so at whichever of the new levels best suits your household. I'm a current member with bonus passes left on my membership; will those carry over when I switch to the new levels? If you plan to upgrade to the new levels before your current membership expires, call or email us before you do so and we will send you promo codes for the passes remaining on your existing membership. If your membership lapses or you renew at the end of your current membership, your passes will expire as usual. Will bonus passes still be included with membership? Based on feedback, we’ve swapped out bonus passes for a lower member ticket cost for all our immersive theaters and members will now enjoy two 50% off Exhibit Halls passes every visit. Questions?
