Image Mr. Kenta Tsuchiya TSUCHIYA Kenta is the Deputy Director of the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA)'s Washington, D.C., Office. His responsibilities include coordinating with other space agencies to advance international collaborations as well as conducting research and analysis on the United States' space policies. He previously served at Japan's Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT), executing JAXA's various R&D programs and assisting with the development of the Basic Plan on Space Policy.
