Meet a Scientist: Kathryn Ackerman

Meet Kathryn (Kate) Ackerman, MD, MPH, FACSM, the co-founder and Director of WHSP Medical, WHSP Institute, and the Biennial International Female Athlete Conference, as well as an Associate Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School. She also founded and formerly directed the Female Athlete Program at Boston Children’s Hospital.

Yoga & Light Stretching with Lisa Leung-Tat

Take a breath and reset. Join certified yoga instructor Lisa Leung-Tat for a 15-minute gentle stretch session designed for all levels. Lisa is the founder of 4 Corners Yoga Wellness, a Dorchester-based studio rooted in radical accessibility and trauma-informed practice. No experience needed — just show up and move.
