Corporate Member Benefits

Corporate members receive one-time use Omni, Planetarium, and Exhibit Halls passes for their employees, clients, and guests, allowing access to an ever-changing array of engaging explorations of science, technology, and the natural world, coupled with intriguing, interactive exhibits and a dynamic roster of live presentations, forums, courses, and programs. Employees and guests of corporate members also receive invitations to exclusive events and networking opportunities, such as special exhibit previews and a biannual Corporate Open House, plus Company Nights and Family Days.

Please note that each company may distribute benefits differently and may determine the quantity of passes based on their membership level. Benefits for all Levels

Museum Passes

Corporate members receive one-time-use Omni, Planetarium, and Exhibit Halls passes for their employees, customers, and clients. Members at the Sun Level and higher also receive passes to the 4-D Theater. 

Executive Passes

Each executive pass entitles the bearer to free parking and free Exhibit Halls admission for the pass holder and up to three guests, as well as discounts in the Museum Store, Museum Cafe, and on Museum courses and lectures.

Company Night

Member companies may invite up to 350 guests to the Museum for an after-hours experience. Guests receive complimentary entrance to the Exhibit Halls (open until 9:00 pm) and flat-rate parking. Add-on options include Mugar Omni Theater or Charles Hayden Planetarium buyouts. 

Events and Previews 

Member companies receive invitations to events, exhibit previews, and networking opportunities throughout the membership year. 

Event Space Discounts

Member companies receive discounts on function space rental at the Museum. To book an event or for more information, please visit the event and conference services section of the website or contact that department at 617-589-0125 or events@mos.org.

Recognition of Our Members

All corporate members receive recognition in the Museum's corporate impact report, on the Museum website, and in the Museum lobby.

Community Access Program (CAP)

The Museum's Community Access Program gives area nonprofits, schools, and social service agencies access to the Museum through donations by our corporate members. Interested corporate members can contribute additional Museum passes or “host” an organization by donating their Company Night or Family Day benefit within the membership year. 

Unique Benefits Packages for Universe and Galaxy Level Corporate Members

Unlimited Exhibit Halls Entry

All employees of Universe Level member companies will receive free Exhibit Halls access for themselves and three guests upon the presentation of a valid employee ID during the membership year. All employees of Galaxy Level member companies will receive free Exhibit Halls access for themselves and one guest upon the presentation of a valid employee ID during the membership year. 

Concierge Service 

Universe and Galaxy Level companies are given access to the Museum’s exclusive concierge service, to ease the administrative burden of pass distribution and improve employees’ visitor experiences. 

Family Day and Company Night

Universe Level corporate members receive both a Company Night and a Family Day during their membership year for up to 350 employees and guests. Member companies may invite up to 350 guests to the Museum on any available Friday night (Company Night) or weekend morning (Family Day). Guests receive complimentary entrance to the Exhibit Halls (open until 9:00 pm) and flat-rate parking. Universe Level members also receive a complimentary Omni Theater or Planetarium buy-out during their Company Night. Galaxy Level members have the option to choose either a Company Night or a Family Day. 

Special Acknowledgement

In addition to recognition in the Museum lobby, in our print collateral and Annual Report, member companies at the Universe Level will have a hotlink to their company website through their listing on our corporate membership webpage.
