States of Matter

In this presentation, our educator demonstrates how solids, liquids, and gases change phases and properties due to heating or cooling. Learn how all matter is composed of smaller particles, and how to define the states of matter. Our demonstrations involve intensely cold liquid nitrogen and surprising state changes with an assortment of exciting substances.
