How do I redeem my paper pass?

If your pass contains a gift code in the format xxxx-xxxx-xxxx, you can redeem your pass for a timed ticket online, by calling 617-723-2500, or in person at the box office.

• To get started, Log In or Create a New Account.
• Select your tickets and apply the gift code in the cart.
• After applying the gift code, select the number of free passes to use from the blue bar below your item.

Please note: If your pass does not include a gift code, it is not valid for online redemption.
