Trekking Your Way to Success and Pursuing Your High-Altitude Dreams

: An Evening with Dean Cardinale and Kat Follows

Spend an evening with mountaineers, adventurers and guides -- Dean Cardinal and Kat Follows – who will share their adventures on the world’s tallest peaks, the north and south poles, across the Atlantic and more. Learn about how you can challenge yourself to scale new heights, including at the Museum’s own Washburn Challenge, named in honor of Museum founder and adventurer Brad Washburn.

This unique event is hosted by the Museum of Science Fundraising Events Committee in support of the Washburn Challenge. Each year, this committee, along with other climbing enthusiasts and Museum supporters, takes part in a one-day intensive traverse of some of New England’s most rugged and beautiful terrain on Mt. Washington.
