The greatest chef in the world. "The Salvador Dalí of the kitchen." Ferran Adrià performs experiments with food, and when you eat his cuisine, nothing is what it seems. His "culinary foam" that tastes like anything he chooses, as well as his use of flavors, textures, and visual artistry that surprise, provoke, and engage emotions, have undoubtedly made culinary history.
