Summer workshops for college and high school faculty 2005 Regional workshops in conjunction with leading high schools and community colleges:

PowerUP North: July 11, 12 and 13th

PowerUP Boston: July 12, 13 and 14th

Hands on workshops in wind, water, solar power and renewable energy topics and applications. Fourth day: whole group October 2005

Girls and engineering, Does Gender Really Matter? exploratory seminars offered for educators, parents, guidance and community support staff working with high school females to promote equity in engineering programs. (winter 2006 with Girls Inc. Lynn, Spring 2006 with DOE Gender Equity Conference, Summer 2006 with BATEC at MCC).
  8. High school outreach activities at Quinsigamond Community College and Bunker Hill Community College spring 2006.
  9. Engineers workshops for IEEE and BSCE outreach partners 2006.
