Summer Courses Administrative Assistant
Description
The Summer Courses Program consists of a variety of week-long science and technology classes offered in a camp-like environment. The program lasts 6 weeks and serves over 500 children entering grades 1-8. The Administrative Assistant would assist in administrative and materials management tasks to run an efficient summer program database. Supervise children as needed during drop off, pick up, snack, and lunch times. Assist in supervision of field trips off site as needed. Answer phones and manage face to face customer service to parents during program weeks.Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- More than 6 months of relevant experience.

Work Schedule
This position is temporary, full-time, 35 hours/week, from June 24, 2013 through August 16, 2013.
Salary
Non-Exempt (Hourly). Commensurate with experience.
