Executive Assistant for Visitor Experience & Operations
Description
The Executive Assistant will provide general office support for the Visitor Experience Division leadership, which includes the Vice President of Visitor Experience and Operations, Associate Vice President of Visitor Services and Membership and various Managers and Directors. This position will also provide support for a wide variety of projects critical to the work of the division and the success of the Museum. This individual must demonstrate strong communication, organizational and writing skills along with the ability to handle several tasks at a time with a positive, helpful attitude.Responsibilities
- Provides support for Division that operates 24 hours/day, 7 days/week, 365 days/year
- Directly support two Executives
- Indirectly support ten Managers & Directors
Minimum Qualifications
- Post high school course work, technical degree, associate’s degree or business certificate preferred.
- More than three years of administrative experience.
Additional Details
Work Schedule
This position is full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday. Occasional off-hour work may be required.
Salary
Non-Exempt (Hourly). Commensurate with experience.
