Nanoparticles May Stop the Spread of Cancer

Researchers at the University of California at San Diego are studying nanoparticles in order to selectively kill cancer cells. The scientists have discovered that the nanoparticles are extremely effective at killing certain blood vessel cells that tumors need in order to spread to other parts of the body.
