Pricing to Host a Workshop

Workshop Type		Cost**
Within 50 miles (100 miles round trip)	Half day with one unit (up to 3 hours of workshop time)	$500/wkshp
	Full day with one unit (3-6 hours of workshop time)	$750/wkshp
Over 50 miles (over 100 miles round trip)	Full day with one unit (up to 6 hours of workshop time)	$1000

**Per PD facilitator, for a workshop of 25 participants maximum. Cost includes workshop materials, prep time and certificates. Additional fees for travel costs (airfare, mileage, tolls, hotel stay, meals, or shipping costs for PD materials) and the presentation of additional units do apply.

Cancellation Policy

Workshop cancellation fees:
Because our commitment to your workshop date(s) requires us to decline other workshop requests, a minimum of three weeks (15 business days) prior notice is required for a workshop cancellation. Any cancellations within the three week window will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the total workshop cost.

Travel fees:
The workshop host is responsible for any non-refundable travel expenses (for example, airline tickets) once reservations have been made.
