Nanosilver: Breakthrough or Biohazard?
The next breakthrough in the fight against infection and disease could come from nanosilver — tiny silver particles that kill bacteria. These mini microbicides are now appearing in household products from hairdryers to teddy bears, but some questions remain about their effects on the human body and the environment ... (details)

Amazing Nano Brothers Juggling Show
Join Dan and Joel as they jiggle and juggle their way through the mysteries of the atomic world and learn how to "see" the unseeable through scanning probe microscopy. Watch out for flying birdbaths and eight-foot unicycles. Who knew nanoscale physics and chemistry could be this much fun? This show ... (details)

Nanotechnology
Explore the science of the super small in this exhibit developed by Museum-led NISE Net (Nanoscale Informal Science Education Network). Learn how scientists can manipulate matter on a very tiny scale to build materials and devices used in computing, engineering, medicine, and other fields. Interactive ... (details)
