National Chemistry Week

The American Chemical Society sponsors National Chemistry Week. This year's theme is "Behind the Scenes with Chemistry" and explores how chemistry is used in everything from creating special effects in films to conducting experiments in the laboratory.
Highlights include a chemistry themed High School Science Series (October 21) and a special overnight for grades 1 - 7 (October 22).
