School Programs
Dig into Dinosaurs!
This hands-on program gives students a chance to think like a paleontologist and explore the world of dinosaurs. Students interact with real and model fossils, study a simulated dinosaur trackway, test their ideas about how it was made, and excavate a replica field site. Children must be at least four years of age to participate.
Capacity: 1 class (Pre K - 1: 16 students; Grade 2: 24 students) per session; 1 to 4 sessions per day.
Schedule: Available during school hours, Monday - Friday
Space/Special Requirements: Large open room to use as teaching space during visit.
