We are very interested in learning how museum visitors use the web to plan their museum visits, keep up with what is happening in the Discovery Center, and for other reasons.
By entering your code, you are telling us that you visited both the Discovery Center exhibit at the Museum of Science and the Discovery Center website at mos.org. This information will help us better understand how you are using the Discovery Center's resources.
We hope that some visitors may want to help us evaluate the Discovery Center website. If you provide your email address, we may contact you and invite you to participate in our evaluation process. You can remove your email address from our contact list at any time and participation in the evaluation process is always optional. Please see our privacy policy for further details.
Each month, we will randomly choose one person from those who enter their email address to receive a small gift from the Discovery Center.
If you choose not to provide an email address, thank you for entering your code! We hope to see you in the Discovery Center again soon.
All of the paper-based educational materials that are available to visitors in the Discovery Center exhibit feature an alpha-numeric code. If you have recently picked up a brochure, newsletter or other printed material in the exhibit, you can find a code on the last page of your materials.
If you have not yet visited the Discovery Center exhibit, but you would like to help us evaluate the Discovery Center website, you can request a code by emailing livinglab@mos.org with the subject: 'code'.
You do not need to enter a code to access any of the information, activities or other materials on the Discovery Center website. Even if you did not receive a code while visiting the Discovery Center exhibit, we welcome your feedback about the Discovery Center website – email your comments or questions to livinglab@mos.org.
