Sunday October 5th - Saturday October 11th, 2008 10am–4pm
Children, up to age eight, and their adult companions are invited to participate in daily hands-on activities at the Experiment Station. The Archaeology Excavation Activity shows children how archaeologists unearth and interpret evidence.
Young scientists and their grownups can also check out the Discovery Center's brand new Archaeology Discovery Box, focused on exploring artifacts from Ancient Egypt.
