Teacher Partner Program
Join our program for teachers and gain access to all of the Museum's educator resources, and enjoy special discounts on workshops, store purchases, and more.
New for the 2011-2012 school year: Participants who have reserved their field trip to A Day in Pompeii are eligible for a free pass to the exhibit and a free audio tour to help with their planning.
Email your Teacher Partner Program member number and your school visit date and transaction number to fieldtrips@mos.org at least two weeks before your planned visit. Pass must be turned in to the box office for a timed ticket. Limit: one free ticket and one free audio tour per teacher.
Exclusive Benefits
Active K - 12 teachers in public and private schools* are invited to join the Teacher Partner Program. As a Teacher Partner you will enjoy the following benefits:
- Free individual Exhibit Halls admission - present your Teacher Partner card and ID to the ticket taker at the main entrance.
- Free pre-field-trip passes to the Mugar Omni Theater, the Charles Hayden Planetarium, the 3-D Digital Cinema, and the Butterfly Garden. Passes should be picked up in the Educator Resource Center in the Lyman Library, Green Wing, Level 3.**
- Discounts on Museum memberships.
- 10% discount on purchases at the Museum Store.
- Borrowing privileges for books, videos, and CD-ROMs in the Educator Resource Center in the Lyman Library.
- Tickets to all venues at the school group rate for you and up to 11 students when you show your Teacher Partner card at the time of purchase (at the Museum box office).
Note: The school group rate is available during the school year (September - June), excluding weekends, holidays, and school vacation weeks. - Monthly issues of ENews for Educators.

Register online today (Museum login required). Then, check your school mailbox for your personalized Teacher Partner card. It should arrive in a few weeks.***

Limitations
Benefits of the program are intended for the registered Teacher Partner cardholder only and are not transferable to other individuals. Teacher Partner affiliation is valid for one year and requires online renewal to remain active. Cardholders will be contacted by email to renew program participation. Due to an upgrade of our system, all previous Teacher Partners must re-register for the program.
*Due to limited resource availability, this program is only available for licensed teachers actively employed
in public and private New England schools.
** The Educator Resource Center located in the library, Green Wing, Level 3, is open weekdays, 3:00 - 5:00 p.m. or by appointment. Passes for special venues (Omni, Planetarium, etc.) must be exchanged at the Museum box office.
***Teacher Partner card processing involves a validation process. Cards will be mailed to the school where the teacher is currently employed.
