Bridging Engineering, Science, and Technology for Elementary Educators (BEST)

BEST is a National Science Foundation grant that focuses on enhancing Massachusetts' community college preservice elementary education programs by infusing engineering and technology concepts and skills into core science courses and supporting education courses. The grant works with faculty to explore the benefits of blending engineering and science content, strengthen pedagogy related to engineering and technology, supports faculty in developing engineering course integration models, and facilitates the development of common course models between community and four-year transfer colleges.
